First dose of Wegovy with PCOS

Just taken my first dose of Wegovy. I have PCOS so hoping this can help my symptoms - I have about 5 stone to lose.
Any success stories, particularly those with PCOS please?!

Do you have PCOS with insulin resistance or one of the other sub-types? I've been on MJ which has worked but would love to save money by changing to weygovy but worried it won't work well for chronic insulin resistance.
