One pen to loose Christmas weight

5 weeks with golden dose to lose 10lbs thats gone on since beginning of November (started celebrating on my birthday and just lost control)

Had maintained for a year beforehand so just getting back on track!

Also supplier sent me 5 needles and 5 wipes which was nice 🤣

which supplier is giving you a maintenance pen after not ordering during this period and were you a regular customer before maintenance? (sussing out maintenance suppliers for myself)

I went with a new supplier. I have secondary issues so could order with a BMI of 27 which I have now.

Well done water weights a bastard. I've done same, carrying on though cos there's also 1or 2 lbs of fat to go too, gotta ditch the carbs completely to keep the water off.

What is your bmi? I can't see to find a supplier who will prescribe it despite the fact I've gained 10 pounds

I’ll join. I have gained 9lb since mid December. Took my second jab since restarting on Sunday. I’m finding supression less and loss slower this time around.
