Switching to Wegowy from Mounjaro?

Has anyone tried this?
I got up to the 7.5 mg dose of Mounjaro but in month 2 I started with some severe gastric problems - vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, colics, reflux - that occur invariably at day 2 after injection. I went back to 5 but my stomach is still sensitive and this week was week 2 - the symptoms have gone down a bit compared to last week but on Wednesday I have still been pretty ill all day.
Does Wegowy give the same problems? Has anyone switched and how was it in terms of side effects and weight loss?

I've switched and found wegovy better for suppression and satiety and I have zero side effects. I had some with mj, mainly lethargy, significant hair loss and low mood. I only had 3lbs left to lose weight to reach my goal of 9st and lost it all within my first month on wegovy. The only time I had diarrhoea on mj was when eating heavy, greasy food like pizza or fatty meat.

Thanks @Mysticmaiden , that sounds encouraging. I have about 2 stone left to my goal. I'll try one more time on Monday but if it doesn't settle I'll switch.
