Hi all I've been using 7.5 with cloud but see Bolt is cheaper! Does anyone recommend Bolt and know if I can I also get 7.5 as a new customer? Thanks all

Yes you can, I used them one month and they just ask you to upload a photo of your prescription from previous supplier so I literally just had to take a photo of my box with name and prescription date on it

Not used Bolt so can't comment on their service, but you can always get the dose you need when you switch pharmacies. You tell them via the consultation form that you are already using Mounjaro, and what dose. Then you will be asked for evidence of that, eg photo of prescription label, and that should mean you're approved.

When I've tried switching supplier I just get a message that im not eligible even though I am on my 4th pen. Im now at the top end of healthy bmi but would like to get down to the middle of the range so not ready to titrate down although I intend to stay on Mj but stretching out to fortnightly jabs.

WeAllHaveWings · 13/01/2026 14:28

@DizziLizzy some suppliers are more maintenance / transferring patients with BMI < 25 friendly than others.

Look in the monj.co.uk site for the sections on maintenance and restarting after a break.

Yes I’ve been with another supplier from the start (August) and switched supplier for the 1st time this month. I also chose Bolt. I’m currently 23 BMI. They asked for photo ID, photo of my prescription (the box) and a front photo and side photo of me. It then took about 48hrs to approve.
It arrived well-packaged and was even better for me as sent by DPD so I could ask to have it sent to my local pick up point. My previous supplier used Royal Mail 24hr so if I was at work it was a bit of a pain.

However I’ve only had 1 delivery so am not in a position to say if they’re usually this good. But it was easy to swap to them.

Hi @NorthernEmma, would you mind if I sent you a PM re Bolt please?
