Receding hairline

Can anyone point me to a thread re what to do about hair loss? I’ve had some thinning but the combination of MJ and age is accelerating my receding hairline. India knight the columnist said she got a prescription from her gp for minoxidil- and I just read an article about a company that prescribes that online ….. any advice? X

fwiw in case anyone else finds this thread I talked to my MJ supplier whose clinic also deals with hair loss and she said a) rosemary oil use with a dermoroller and b) minoxidil serum / spray . Her advice was start with this before trying oral minoxidil x
