Dropped brand new mounjaro pen on a hard floor

Just received my new 5mg mounjaro pen and after injecting 1st dose ive gone and dropped it on the floor like an idiot.
Ive inspected it thoroughly, theres no leakage and cant see any change in the liquid. Ive never super inspected the pen before so not sure if its different to normal, it appears no different.
Ive read the main issues are incorrect dose and possible glass particles????
I think im just going to use it anyway tbh, unless the pharmacy will replace it for free, highly unlikely.
Anyone used a dropped pen before ???

I’ve dropped mine more than once. If the pen is entirely whole with no cracks man and the liquid is crystal clear you’re fine x

I don't see the issue. It's highly unlikely to be damaged. They are very lightweight things and not particularly delicate.

My Ozempic pen has rolled off the table onto the kitchen floor before and it doesn't even occur to me to inspect it. It has always been totally fine.

I think you’re over thinking it op, unless you dropped it from 30 foot I doubt it has any impact. I’ve dropped them several times, in fact one of my ones waiting to be used fell out, didn’t spot it and the cleaner found it under the kitchen island a few days later where it rolled, it was fine.

I think you would be able to see if the glass had splintered and, besides which, the needles are so fine I think they'd block if there was anything in there.
I too have dropped them and have been fine

Of the 20 MJ pens I have had they have all been plastic
Maybe there is a glass inner tube?

The clear part is thick glass, @Redlightbulb
