Hi,

I’m on MJ 2.5 and feeling so nauseous. I’m following all the stand advice but it’s just horrible. Is this how it always is? Can I take an anti sickness tablet? I really don’t want to give up. x

se sick tablets might help but its worth remembering some of them cause drowsiness, a natural remedy could be some ginger or some ginger nut biscuits which some people swear by for seasickness

Pepto Bismol is very effective. I have also found gaviscon is helpful for nausea. Hope you feel better soon.

Agree pepto bismol, but also maybe a smaller dose next jab.
