Can I bring forward my next jab?

I've had a slow start to MJ and taken only three jabs in the first month. I delayed twice due to specific events that were happening during December. Due to being behind schedule, I had to order the next one before I was sure how the first would affect me so I opted to continue with the lowest possible dose out of caution. Now I am on week three of 2.5mg and already have a second month's vial of 2.5mg waiting in the fridge.

As of this week, the suppression effects of 2.5mg were mild and wore off by day three, so I clearly need to move up to 5mg. Also, I took my last dose on a Monday. I would like my regular day to be a Friday because I experience fatigue the day following the jab and can manage it better at the weekend.

So, would it be ok to bring my next jab forwards to tonight? It would mean jabbing four days after my last dose but given the dosage clearly needs to go up I think this should be ok. Curious to know what others think.

The recommendation is to leave 6 days in between jabs, I can understand the frustration of feeling the effects wear off too soon but its early days so you might not want to start going off piste just yet.

I ordered mine a month before i started so i am due to start my second pen (5) on tomorrow but i have brought it forward mainly because i want to eventually move it to thursday evening to have the strongest suppression over the weekend.
so I will jab today, and next week i will move it to thursday to follow guidelines

It will build ip in your system. Just take it as prescribed.

The medication builds up in your system over 4 weeks of consistent use. If you have been delaying in your first 4 weeks it won’t have built up fully and you don’t really know if you need to move up, or prepared your body to move up to hopefully avoid side effects.

Be patient and follow your prescription. If unsure ask your prescriber.

Thanks everyone, this is helpful. I'll stick with the regular schedule then and avoid any further delays.
