Hi. Planning starting on weygovy in Jan, probably like half the country! Never been on the jabs before. Any beginners tips? I always have that worry that the side effects will be horrific, my mind always goes to disaster! Hoping this will be a life changer for me. Bmi is 35 and have borderline high BP. Also kidneys that aren’t overly efficient. Hope all will improve by the summer!

Why wait? If you haven't already ordered, I'd start the process now.

To order you will likely need to take photos if yourself wearing tight clothes (front, side, back), some want you holding a piece of paper with the date on in these. These are good reference photos to compare to as you lose weight. Similarly, take tapemeasure measurements and record them somewhere. No one will ask for these, but it's great so that you can see how many inches (not just weight) you have dropped).

When you start, drink plenty of water. Think about the types of food you are eating and try to make the food healthy choices. Gasto symptoms often come from greasy, fatty foods.

Just go for it! Side effects only happen to some (fine for most!!!) just eat clean and be glad you're taking positive steps for your future.
