Exhausted since moving up from 7.5mg and flu to boot

Hi, I’ve had the flu a few weeks ago which then has turned into another cold this week!
I’ve also just moved up to a 10mg pen but decided to count clicks, so last week’s dose was 8mg, as was worried about moving up given I’d just had the flu and I’ve had friends who have had really bad reactions to 10mg.
i moved up due to my weight just having plateaud for about a month.
Four days into a higher dose I have just been wiped out. I have literally had to sleep in the afternoons (good thing I freelance and work isn’t too busy!).
I am wondering what to do. Should I go back to 7.5mg by counting clicks? Should I go and get some bloods done to check everything is ok?
Any advice appreciated!
I can’t figure out if it’s the flu or my reaction to the higher dose but I’m literally having trouble functioning at the moment!

Well, it was only 0.5mg higher, an 8mg dose from having done 7.5mg previously, is that right? So it doesn't seem overly likely that it is a reaction to a very slightly higher dose of medication.

It could be flu, or something similar. There's all sorts going round at the moment.

If you're still feeling wiped out by the time of your next injection day, you could delay for a day or two until you feel a bit better. And you could do a 7.5mg injection when you do inject again, if you think it might be down to the extra 0.5mg.

Thanks. I have now heard back from my provider who has recommended pausing my next dose until I feel better. Leaving this here in case it’s useful to anyone else.
