I’m willing to accept it’s a me problem but it’s happened twice now.
I get my usual scheduled delivery, then a couple of days later I am asked to do a review of my plan (I’m on maintenance).
I have a back and forth with the prescriber, then im asked to confirm my new plan which I do. This is where it might be my fault, it goes through to the order / payment page and then minutes later they dispatched another pen. Literally 5 days since I received my last one.
last time this happened i sucked it up but this time I can’t afford to give them £300 I hadn’t budgeted for right before Xmas.
they’ve been unrepentant in the web chat. No return or refund possible. No explainaton of why it’s happened just said they’d delay my next order.
this is a bit shit. Looks like we’re all having shot of MJ for Xmas instead of turkey and presents.
