Hi. Between food noise and a lack of suppression I know I need to up my MJ dose. But i am really struggling with the thought of Side effects - and the price increase. Any words of wisdom to make me take the plunge ? Thanks

What dose are you currently on?
what dose do you want to up it to?
what side effects do currently experience?

Need more info before suggestions can be made

Is it just worry about possibly getting side effects? Or do you have side effects now, despite the lack of suppression and the presence of food noise, and you're worried about them getting worse?

What dose are you on now and what are you paying? Can you get a deal by swapping providers for the higher dose pen?

just finishing my first 7.5 pen, was on 5 for months . side effects are digestion issues- very real if I eat anything slightly unhealthy ( eg meal out with friend ) . Could just about cope with the side effects if I was feeling the benefits

I mean it’s not compulsory to be on it at all OP. If it’s making you miserable and not working very well it might not be the drug for you.

Are you loosing weight in the 7.5mg? If you are then you don't need to increase. If you are losing weight maybe eat a bit more healthy food if you have the appetite for it. I dropped my dose because i didn't like the constipation and lack of energy, ate more on the lower dose but had loads more energy, plateaued for a few weeks and am now back to losing a kg a week.

Don't eat unhealthy food (even when it with friends) when you are taking a extremely strong appetite/ digestion altering drug.

If you get digestive issues everytime you eat something remotely unhealthy then surely you must be losing weight? Do you actually need to go up a dose?

Your post is hard to understand, if you have unpleasant side effects you shouldn’t move up, arguably you should move down, but if it’s onky if you eat unhealthy can you try not to do that?
