Mounjaro vs wegovy and tiredness

Been on mounjaro for 6 months now and lost 4 stones. Main side effect is tiredness which is getting worse/less tolerable. Coupled with price increase and the tiredness I was considering a switch to wegovy.

I only have another 1 stone to loose but I've been static for a while. Definitely got appetite back and eating more rubbish again.

Debating whether to push on up with mounjaro and get the last stone off or switch to wegovy and see how it goes.

Anyone in the same boat? Anyone made the switch. Were the side effects any different/better?

In a calorie deficit you will usually be tired. Your body isn’t getting the energy it wants. Make sure you’re taking vitamins and getting enough sleep.

Are you ensuring you’re getting all your vitamins and are fully hydrated? Also are you exercising, because if you’re losing muscle not fat as you’re not eating your protein and working out, not getting all your vitamins and not being fully hydrated, then switching to wegovy won’t help.

I switched from mounjaro 7.5-10mg to 1.7mg wegovy on Friday evening. I have had really strong suppression that started within hours, not days like MJ, yet my energy levels are so much better, I don't have the low moods anymore and I'm more active. I'd spent almost 14 months on MJ just working and too tired to do much else and no motivation and I'm so regretful that I didnt start wegovy earlier because of all the negative comments.
The suppression is consistent, I find it stronger and more stable than MJ and I don't get the low blood sugar symptoms. I'm at bmi 23.1 and want to lose another 3-7lbs or so ideally.
I do think most of the negative reviews are those on the lower doses.
I'd honestly recommend it.
I don't think it's anything to do with calories as so far I've eaten even less calories than MJ and I'm practically bouncing even first thing!
I'd been taking high strength vitamins, collagen, liquid iron daily and protein 80-105g daily for 9 months, even though I weigh 58kg, so more than enough.
I think the only ones who will understand are those who have felt that exhaustion, its another level.

Thanks @Mysticmaiden I might book a consultation with my provider and see what they suggest. I'm tempted to try a switch. It definitely feels MJ related and not intake related. It comes on just after I do my injection and lasts most of the week. I wonder how easy it will be to swap back if I dont like the wegovy.

Yes it was the same as me, first 3 days or so after I jab were the worst. I think its simple to switch back, plenty have done it
