Try another provider. Some providers have strict measures in place than other.

What units did My London Pharmacy ask for your height and weight in? Is it possible that you or they have made a mistake in converting height in ft/in to cm, or weight in kg to weight in stone?

Your BMI is 31.5 according to the values you've given.

I guess you could send them a screenshot of the NHS app to kind of question their decision. But ultimately you may as well just go elsewhere.

SilenceInside · 21/11/2025 20:29

I've just filled in their consultation form with your height and weight, and it has decided that makes me eligible for treatment. You must have made a mistake when entering your height and weight?

Wickedlittledancer · 21/11/2025 20:45

Did you use try to convert measurements and make a mistake?seems the most likely answer. Why don’t you just email them, say what your height and weight is, or can you look back and see what you entered?

morningtrain · 21/11/2025 20:47

It said I was eligible too - but when I chased up (hadn’t heard back for 3 days & they had taken payment!!) they sent back saying my bmi was 29.72 which as PP says is not what nhs app says. I’ve tried another provider now, their loss!

Yes, I would stick with someone else, given that they've made a major error with calculating your BMI. It's not exactly that complicated!

Pharmacy2u prescribed to me as a new patient at BMI 29 - I've been on MJ for a year but hadn't used them before. They never even queried it. But sounds as though the pharmacy you're using just can't add up properly.
