Ordered my next pen from Get a Drip. Ordered elsewhere last month but have ordered from get a drip before.
I am getting daily emails asking me to provide a photo of last prescription, which is fine, I have a photo I can send. However, the link they are sending just takes me to a page of photos I have previously submitted with no option to add any new photos.
I have logged a ticket, attaching the photo and emailed with photo attached, days ago with no response.
I have tried ringing endlessly over the last few days with no luck. I get a message advising they are finding an agent to answer my call, then holding music for a bit, and then it says there is no one to take my call so hangs up.
Has anyone else managed to contact them about their order successfully?
