Kerastatse Genesis is working!

I was losing hair and getting quite alarmed each shower. Almost decided to stop WLI.

I have been using this serum 4/5 times a week for about 3 weeks so far, when I can be arsed, and it has definitely slowed the shedding. There was a dreadful two/three days after starting when I lost double/triple the amount and I nearly had a heart attack but it has now slowed to the point I don’t notice in the shower any more. Before I was pulling out 30+ strands and now it is maybe 10.

A few years ago, I lost two stone doing Keto, lost loads of hair, freaked out, ate carbs, got fat(er), regained my hair. So I KNOW it is the fast weight loss that is the culprit (not the drug).

Just putting this out there as Champo kept targeting me and I was seeing the same excellent reviews repeated word-for-word on their website by different ‘users’ so I knew they were fake. I’m sure it is the same ingredients but that massively put me off!

As an aside, I follow an American dermatologist on Instagram who swears by normal men’s Regaine so I might move into that once the expensive Kerastase has finished?

Yep since before the jabs. Meh. But the iron tablets are likely helping too.

I mean it depends on the cause but taking iron/ magnesium/ folic acid is likely going to be more effective.

I say that as someone who lost about 50% of their hair this hair.

I have Telogen Effluvium amd while You can delay it that hair is going to shed and you cant stop it.

Out the money wasted i have found "Colour Wow dream carb cocktail" or whatever its called is very good for creating an illusion of volume.

Minoxidil (regaine) will work but it needs daily or 3-4 x per week application minimum and as soon as you stop it will fall out. Separately its highly toxic to animals so if you have dogs you'll likely to take it orally.
