Can I take 3 x 2.5mg or 2 x 5mg

Hi. I've been on 7.5mg for 3 months. It has stopped its magic (I don't think it has been so potent as a result of delayed delivery in August and the icepacks having defrosted).

Anyways, I digress. In the summer, before the prices went up, I bought a number of pens. I went up to 7.5mg but I'm left with a 2.5mg pen and a 5mg pen (I was hoping I'd have lost all the weight by now and had bought them to wean down/low dose).

Can I take 3x doses of my 2.5mg pen and 2x doses of my 5mg pen. That would give me a last 7.5mg does and the 2x 5mg doses.

So, you could do three injections on the same day with the 2.5mg pen to make a 7.5mg overall dose. Then the next week you could do 2 injections on the same day from the 5mg pen to make a 10mg dose. Is that what you meant?

Don't forget you have remaining in the golden dose, if you got a syringe or did the hard twist, you could use 0.6ml or 60 clicks (or less if you want to go up slowly) of that along with the 4th 2.5mg and add on to the first 5mg to make 10mg, then have 2 x remaining 10mg in the 5mg pen. This gives you 4 doses incl the 7.5mg or you could do a bit extra on top of the 7.5mg, maybe 30 clicks, as you would have left over at the end of the 2.5mg pen anyway.

Yes, that's what I meant. Three separate doses adding up to the same mg as I've been on in one 7.5mg dose.

Yes you can. I've done this. I had 2 x 15mg pens then decided to stay on 12.5mg so I count clicks to get the right dose. I've got a 10mg in the fridge so intending to titrate down but if it doesn't work I'll make it up to 12.5mg by taking an extra dose.

Thanks. Just seems a lot- 1.8mg of liquid going in rather than 0.6mg.

I know the titration would be the same but a lot more liquid!
