How can I get 10mg from a 7.5mg pen?

Appreciate any advice. I’ve got a 7.5mg pen but I need to go up a dose as I’ve been on 7.5 for 3 months now and I’ve only lost 2lb in the past 4 weeks.

can I do 90 clicks to get 10mg?? Or two jabs, one of 60 clicks and one of 30??

80 clicks total, not 90, but the pen won't let you do all at once.

Yep, 80 clicks in total needed (10/7.5 x 60) but as PP has said, the pen won't go beyond the 1 position which is 60 clicks, so it would be two injections. Or use separate syringes to extract, in which case you'd need 0.8ml as the dose for 10mg from a 7.5mg strength pen.
