My wegovy has arrived, but before I start I am trying to get organised with what I will be eating. I hate menu planning - generally deciding what to have for dinner everyday is a bit of a struggle!
Has anyone seen any good (preferably free) sources for daily menu ideas? I cant eat dairy and I am quite a fussy eater so an app that allows you to exclude certain foods would be great.
I am getting a bit bogged down with the thought of making sure I get enough protein and fibre everyday whilst also staying in calorie deficit and warding off the dreaded constipation so would love to start with at least the first week of food planned.
