Day/time of day?

What day of the week and time of day are people doing their jabs please? Just curious!

Straight after work on Friday, so about 5pm.

I had initial side effects of awful nausea at the start- always about 18hrs after injecting so it meant I could avoid being at work. That’s calmed down on my current dose, but the timing works well for me so I’ve kept to it.

Usually just before bed on a Friday so I get the strongest effects over the weekend - both to avoid any negative side effects happening at work and also to get the strongest suppression during the weekend when I am most at risk of over eating.

Friday morning after the school run and before starting work. I work from home on a Friday so am at home in case of any issues, not that I have had any for months now. I prefer to have the highest effects over the weekend, for the same reasons as @RenegadeKeeblerElf

Around 7-8am on a Sunday (I’m an early riser!) This works really well for me as the food suppression tends to lessen on the Saturday so I eat a bit more that day. I also weigh myself for that reason on a Saturday morning.

Sunday 9pm!

Because it wears off on day 6/7 which is good for me, so I can eat more over the weekend when we tend to go out socially etc. It keeps me on track through the week.

And I do it right before bed because once I did it in the afternoon near the start and felt sick all night. So just before bed for me.

I do mine on a Tuesday morning just because it got delivered on the Monday and I would never take a new medication at night in case of any issues.

I usually take mine on a Wednesday morning, as the worst SEs for me are usually for the first couple of days after injecting and I don’t want to feel awful over the weekend, yet I still get some suppression over the weekend which is when I used to massively overindulge!
