Has anyone restarted after horrible side effects?

I took MJ last year and lost 2st relatively quickly. However, I only got as far as 5mg as I found I was just so sick that I couldn’t eat for 3 days a week.

I just haven’t been able to keep
it up and have put the weight back on. After a humiliating experience yesterday I know that this can’t go on any longer. Has anyone found a way to ease the side effects or microdosed?

You could try wegovy as many say it is not as strong and it targets only one receptor so it may be better for you. Why don't you contact some prescribers and see what they recommend.
There is www.monj.co.uk or www.igovy.co.uk for wegovy to check prices. I'm with Oushk who also offer video consultations if you want to speak to someone one to one or you can email or whatsapp, I find them quite supportive when I've had any queries. There are also many others of course.
If you do decide to stay with MJ you can stay on 2.5mg and see how you get on. Ideal weight loss is 1-2lbs a week and you do need to eat every day or you will lose a lot of muscle mass.

how Was your diet on them, were you eating clean, avoiding sugar, too much fat etc and drinking enough water? A diet of veg, fruit, lean proteins, etc? A lot of side effects come from diet.

wegovy may help but as it’s a single agonist it is typically stronger side effects as the double agonist in mounjaro is what limits them,

I have started W about 2 weeks ago and happy to report no side effects whatsoever. Was sick as a parrot on MJ and didn’t get much suppression. Despite only having taken two doses I don’t feel the urge to overeat. Fingers crossed that doesn’t change any time soon.

I have Mounjaro but haven’t started yet as the possible side effects are worrying me. Can anyone reassure me?

What dose are you on and what dose were you on? I'm about to start next week on W. Im on 10mg but also can get away with 7.5mg for maintenance, optimal dose is 8.5mg and moving to 1.7mg. M zaps my energy, I jabbed yesterday remaining of my pen which was 10mg and I've been wiped since. Also had a lot of hair loss so hoping W helps with it.
