Just that really, need some Help to lose weight but not scared of the injections.
Thanks

They’re just a very small amount of berberine, There’s no evidence that putting a small amount of berberine on your skin will do anything. If you want to try berberine you’d be better off getting capsules or liquid berberine and taking it that way. You’d get a very very much larger dose, and if berberine is helpful that would be a more effective way to take it.

It's absolute bunkum. Save your money.

Thank you! Was sceptical of all the ads and reviews that were perfectly written 😂

Yes and they made no difference. I too read the ads and as they weren’t expensive, thought it was worth a try. Threw them away in the end and went on mounjaro. 😁

Waste of money. They won’t do anything at all and the way they are advertised as an alternative to GLP1s drives me up the wall.

Why be scared of injectable medication? Best thing I have ever done for myself and have completely changed my life!

Load of old crap, they'd be making the same money as greedey Lilley if they did. Just get mounjaro, it's an absolute piece of piss injecting, and unfortunately it's the only thing that works scientifically, otherwise we'd all be buying the patches at a fraction of the price 😂
