Depends on the dose.

There was a massive price hike in September, you may have seen threads about it here or news articles? I pay around £245 for 10mg now, which is decent without a new customer discount.

Look at the monj site linked above and pick a provider/price point that suits you (the very cheapest might not give the best service/support or be the most reliable but a lot of people don't need any support and it isn't a critical medication if you miss a dose not a huge deal, once you get closer to maintenance you might want to switch to one of the maintenance friendly providers)

I reduce costs further by making my 5mg pen last 6 weeks - many providers will allow 6 weeks between orders. Taking 3.75mg on days 0,7,14,21,28,35 - 5 days over 30 day in-use period. I am approaching maintenance so reducing my dose a little more to still fit in 6 doses if/when the pen fill reduces to remove the excess liquid.

I am personally comfortable with the risks associated with 5 days over, medication doesn't go toxic on day 31, but do your own risk assessment.
