I'm seeing adverts for this all over social media at the moment - has anyone tried it?

I’m taking it along side Biotin , collagen and iron . Biotin has helped mine with the menopause but only started on MJ last week.

Trying to eat lots of protein as well.

Yes - it works. I’ve been taking it for four weeks and my awful shedding has virtually stopped. I’ve also seen new baby hair growth at the sides of my scalp which was previously very thin. Buy the decent quality ones though with saw palmetto, not the cheap ones from Amazon. The brand I bought is made in the UK - two months supply was 30 quid. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Do you get the same effect from eating pumpkin seeds?

Hi, could you share a link or a photo of the one you get please? I’m thinking to try!
