AFAIK, it's a subscription provider, so they have taken your monthly sub, quite a few operate on this basis, check before you sign up,

SilenceInside · 21/10/2025 21:25

It’s a subscription service so that is what you signed up for. You would have needed to actively cancel in order to avoid being charged for subsequent months.

They tell you this is how it works in the email when they approve your prescription

FuriousInventions · 21/10/2025 23:32

It’s in the T&C when you get your first prescription approved, that they automatically bill you for the next dose in 28 days’ time (although you can manually adjust this to anywhere between 2 and 8 weeks since your last prescription). Customer services are pretty helpful, I’d suggest contacting them and ask if you can move your payment date back by however many weeks and have a refund in the meantime.

Thanks. Have never had this with other providers. I will give them a call today.
