Just wanted to share my news!

Fantastic! Well done to you. I was also thrilled to be "just" overweight too, it's a fabulous feeling.

Really pleased for you! It's a great feeling. I remember my mini goals. 200lbs. Then being overweight rather than obese. Normal BMI. Then finally my goal weight.

I’m close. Just over 32 kg down but BMI still just over 30.

Well done op. Irrelevant of how we do it, it takes a lot of hard work, focus and dedication, and it’s exciting to see something working. To be able to achieve consistent weight loss. And to feel confident of hitting our goals. And not be utterly miserable during the process, with every day a struggle. Instead working hard to a goal and achieving it, without our bodies and brains fighting us every step of the way.

I guess I still do use a degree of willpower alongside the jabs but it's a million times easier. Previously I never ever felt full so dieting was just such a slog and the food noise was unbearable.

Yes me too! The morning I realised I'd broken down past the Obese weight and was now merely Overweight and a jeans size and a bra size down was 😁

Ten pounds down the Overweight category today 😁

Aiming at breaking through OW to just on Normal (17 lbs to go, mostly off the spare tyre and saddlebags ...) then we'll see
