Is anyone on a maintenance dose and if so, what company is that with?

I’m in a slightly weird situation where Wegovey has helped me massively with a chronic long term health problem and I no longer need it to lose weight but would like to stay on it to help with the chronic health problem.

I’ve just come back from the GP who acted like I was lying and said they can’t help in any capacity even though they know the separate health condition has caused me a huge amount of distress for thirty odd years. So I’m left trying to work out how I can stay on it at a low dose to help with the separate problem and not lose anymore weight.

The doctor suggested I find a different private provider who might be willing to put me on a maintenance dose. Does this exist? My current provider(s) want photos regularly to prove I’m overweight.
