Wegivy Prescription with gallbladder issues

I have tried to sign up online for wegovy on a couple of sites. The stumbling block seems to be that I have previously had gallstones.
If you google this it seems you can still be prescribed it but do some suppliers choose not to?

Most remote pharmacies are very risk averse, yes.

You might do better to see an in-person prescriber. Lots of local pharmacists are able to prescribe and are often a similar price to the online companies. Worth checking with the pharmacies in your area.

One site said at the end it couldn’t prescribe based on my answers and asked if I wanted to restart the questions. I guess they just want you to lie.

Having your gall bladder removed doesn’t increase risk. But having gallstones does as the meds change how you process fats which could cause an issue for you. A GP who has your history might prescribe if benefits our weigh the risks.
