Hi, I need some advice from long term users who count clicks. I've been gradually titrating up the 5mg dose by counting clicks... I didn't want to go straight up to 5mg because of side affects. I've counted there is 39 clicks left (3.25mg) of my current pen - without going into the golden dose. I can try to access the golden shot by continuing to twist it - which seemed to work successfully last month on the 2.5mg pen. However, I'll not be able to go beyond 60 clicks of course (5mg) on that pen. I would like to go up on this shot to 6mg ideally. The last shot I took was 4.75mg.
Is it ok to do the 60 clicks on the current pen and then take another 12 clicks from the next pen (or from what's left of the golden dose perhaps - just switiching needle)? Has anyone combined a dose like this across 2 shots. I assume you would just use another injection site on the second shot.
