Nope. They’re not even being manufactured yet so don’t panic.

I have just received a pen from Medex without the golden dose! Grrr!

I think I read somewhere that they are starting with the 5mg so maybe jump up a pen the next time. It’s super annoying.

I emailed Medicine Marketplace yesterday to ask if they were sending out the new style pens for 10 and 12.5mg. This was their reply:
Hi we now have all new stock pens currently. You can place your order via the new website

I’m not sure this is accurate - surely they can’t be sending out the new style pens for all doses already.

Ah this makes sense as I’ve just had a 5 delivered and it was the new style! But everybody else I know seems to be getting “old” pens (not on 5)

There's a sub Reddit detailing which pharmacies people have been getting the new pens from. Lots have received a 5 mg and only one or two a 12.5 mg so far.

How do you tell the difference? My new 5mg looks the same as the last one

They look exactly the same, except that there is less medication in the glass vial part. The grey plunger is therefore further down the pen and there is a small black plastic spacer behind the plunger.

Yes medexpress 10mg

I ordered a 10mg pen from Medicine Marketplace on Thursday. It came today and is the old style pen.

I saw on Reddit that currently it’s only 5mg (most places) and 12.5mg new pen. There is a whole thread on Reddit - I switched to 7.5mg!

Also seen it's the 5mg mostly affected so I've gone for the 7.5mg and happily dosing the 5mg. Keeps me going for 7 weeks which is fine for my prescription within 8 weeks (if I ignore the stores in my fridge)
