I’m just about to buy my third mounjaro pen.
I’m still in 2.5, and can feel that it’s not quite as effective as it has been although I can still feel the effects, and I’m managing to mostly stick to sensible healthy meals (which was impossible before).
I’m torn though, and not sure whether to do another month (and more maybe) at this level knowing that having to be more careful will hopefully serve me well in terms of getting into better habits. Or do I go up to 5? Or split doses and do 3.75 (have seen this on tiktok).
