Restarting Mounjaro after 3 weeks

Hi All
My last injection of Mounjaro 10 mgs was 3 weeks ago. I stopped as I couldn't afford the next dose. I now have a new 10mg pen and am wondering if I should start at a lower dose? I thought maybe 5mg? I think 2.5 would be too low. Has anyone had such a short 3 week ish break with Mounjaro? Thanks xx

I've just got back from a 3 week hol and had a break.

Pre hol I was on 10mg.

When I got home last week I took 7.5mg and intend to take 10mg next week.

I feel absolutely fine. I wouldn't go right down as no need.
