Who gets you switch to wegovy higher dose?

I am considering the switch from mounjaro to wegovy, but dont want to start wegovy from the first dose as im on 12.5mg of mounjaro. Can I ask which providers are letting you switch to a higher dose of wegovy?

Oushk isn't on the above list but I've just swapped from 10mg M to 1.7mg W. I had the option to do 1 or 1.7mg but I can tolerate the highest doses as I went all the way upto 15mg.

I found Oushk really helpful in recommending the right dose for me. They took a really rounded view and gave personalised advice in my maintenance appointment

CheqUp let me change to 2.4mg Wegovy as I'm already on 15mg MJ.

Med express. I was on 5mg MJ and they recommended 0.5mg which is apparently equivelent. Not impressed though, need to give it more time but little to no suupression and constipation :( haven't been to the toilet for 6 days so will prob gain this week, first gain in 4 months - gutted

Pillsorted have allowed me to go to 1mg but im going to give it 2 pens, so I kinda assume if I dont feel anything by 1.7 then it might not be for me. Edited as it does look like 0.5 is the right like for like dose for you, but hopefully you get similar if you move up. But I know some people just dont get the same suppression from wegovy.

For me im not getting much in the way of appetite suppression from MJ (I have messed up hormones) so I will likely get similar from wegovy with a smaller cost
