Switching from Mounjaro to wegovy?

Sorry I couldn't see another thread though I'm sure there is one. Has anyone done this yet? I'm nervous to do it as I tried wegovy a couple of years ago and didn't find it great - it made me really constipated and didn't suppress my appetite much. However at that time I wasn't focusing on nutrition, just reduction in calories so I hope it may be different if I try again. I'm the opposite of a super responder and need to be at the highest doses to feel effects unfortunately. If anyone has done this yet can you say how you found the transition and the comparison with Mounjaro? Thanks!

There are quite a few threads about it. If you type it into the search bar all the previous threads will show

theres no point. The highest dose of wegovy is about the equivalent of 5mg mounjaro. It just doesnt work as well, so it would be a false economy

Really :( thanks. I have tried reducing my dose on Mounjaro and it's just not working for me, it's only effective at 15mg :( it's painful thinking about what it's going to cost me going forwards but I'd rather stay on Mounjaro than something that won't work. I'm fortunate that I can absorb the price increase but it sticks in the craw to be paying nearly £300 a month for my health and mental wellbeing. Has to be done though - regaining my hunger and gaining weight again is not an option I can accept.
