Feeling like I've injected water this week aka nothing!

I'm almost 6 months into MJ and on Saturday morning I took my first dose of 7.5 after being in 6.25 (not an official dose) for 6 weeks. I went up to 7.5 as I felt my portions in the evening were creeping bigger, food noise was starting to come back in and I couldn't resist it eg I was picking at the kids sweets. So I went up to 7.5 and this week it's the same! I'm eating 3 meals a day whereas normally I'd just have an actimel drink for breakfast then a normal albeit small lunch and dinner

And now I have to wait 4 more weeks until I can go up so I really hope this gets better!

6.25 to 7.5 is a very small increase in percentage terms, compared for instance with 2.5 to 3.75, so that may be why you don't notice much difference. You may find that the effects build once you've done a few more weeks on the new dose.

When I was on 10mg and it completely wore off, so zero suppression, food noise and satiety, my prescriber suggested injecting every 5 days and this worked really well at bringing back suppression.
Agree with pp that it's not much difference from 6.25 to 7.5.

You will probably notice some difference after your second dose but like a PP said there isn’t really much difference in the amount.

Oh these are interesting replies I didn't realise it wasn't much of a jump.

Feel like the food noise is insane and this just confirms to me that as I expected I can never come off MJ as my brain is just too loud. I've already had a normal size dinner and am still thinking about what can I have later!

Only 10% of people come of MJ and don’t put on weight.

6.25 to 7.5 is an increase of 1.25. That is half of your original 2.5 starting dose. So a tiny jump and I'd not expect it to make much difference in your first week. Perhaps in the next few weeks, as the levels increase in your system.
Regarding the food noise - I am just about to move up to 7.5 and my food noise has never been quiet. I hope we find a level that works for a little while.
