Nasty side effects after months of stability

I’ve been on MJ since Nov 24. Micro dosed my way up due to side effects and have been on 3.5mgs for a few months.

I overindulged the Sat before last on Haribo and Licorice allsorts (I inject on a Sunday). I had 36 hours of d&v.
Once I could eat again, I was careful but my tummy still felt like it took a few days to settle.
Felt ok this weekend just gone so I took my previous dose of 3.3mgs last night.

Today already, I have had d&v and feel rough!

I understand last week’s events but don’t really understand why I’ve reacted today like I have after being ok for ages.

Anyone experienced this or have any ideas?

No idea, but I’ve read several times recently of people who’ve had sudden gastric symptoms after months of normality. Of course it might be ordinary viruses/food poisoning, hard to tell.
