Taking a break, how long before you need to restart

Having to take a break for an upcoming op. Know it's anything more than 2 weeks break and you need to start again from 2.5. But is it 2 weeks missed, or 2 weeks between jabs?

Eg: if I jab on the 1st, miss the 8th, do i have to take the one on the 15th or can I skip the 15th and jab on the 22nd?

Speak to your provider about this as they will be able to clarify the dates for you (hopefully!). Depending on your dosage, many will say either restart on the dose you were on or drop down a dose.
