My 7.5mg pen was delayed from simple online pharmacy because of the price increase madness and I had to go cold turkey for 3 weeks after being on 5mg for 8 weeks (following 2.5 for 8 weeks) I've lost 2st and I only have another 6lb to go for my personal target. How would you proceed with the 7.5mg pen? I'd like to start slowly but not sure how to do the maths. I do have some syringes I can use also.
