Anyone still waiting on a 12.5mg order from Bolt from the 14th?

I'm am. Surely they must have stock by now?

I ordered with bolt on the 14th, a 12.5mg pen as a new customer and it was delivered on the 27th august.
Dispatched on the 26th and I had a email a couple of days before that to say it was approved.

Thanks I have chased them up again as they ate showing its in stock to order now

BUT this morning I was CC’d in an email with other customers (assuming all on same medication) saying it will be on its way. I am not happy that my personal medical details have been shared! I have used at least 10 other pharmacies before and they are by far the worst! We have had a vague apology but no way far enough to make up for this!

I think they were swamped by the amount of orders on 14th, but they should have cancelled orders if they cannot fulfil them.

I thought they were slow but there customer service was good when i emailed.
