Problem ordering due to break - built up surplus earlier, no break in treatment

Any idea if I'm going to have problems resolving an order issue? I am with Oushk now (moved to them for maintenance) but was with MedExpress initially. Started in late October. Ordered nine pens from Med Express, each one slightly early so I built up some surplus then moved to Oushk and ordered two more. Last one was in June. I'm currently on 15mg and have been taking weekly as standard. After my last order I messaged Oushk to let them know that I had build up a small surplus and was going away for a long summer break so would not need to reorder until August and to check this would not be a problem. Didn't get a reply so I phoned and spoke to someone who said it would be fine as long as I confirmed still taking at same dose.

Of course, the shit hit the fan the second I was ready to reorder.... I finally managed to get an order accepted last week but have now had a message saying that they need evidence of my dosing due to the delay since my last order! I've sent a photo of the last box they prescribed me on a piece of paper with today's date written on it. Any idea if they will accept this? I can also give them details of my previous med express orders which prove I have had 11 (total) pens since October last year (in line with my taking it consistently as I have).

I'm so so stressed about all of this. I started in Oct at 18st8 (BMI 43) and am now 11st3 (BMI 26). My life has been changed so much for the better but I'm terrified of not getting more prescribed now. Any insights/advice appreciated. Should I send them proof of the nine pens ordered from MedExpress so they can see the timeline works?

Go to local Chemist and order from there after having pharmacist consultation.
I did that last week and walked out with my pen 5mg MJ . I took in the pen I had ordered online with my name and dosage. So less stressful and the cost was about the same as ordering online with the guarantee that next month’s pen will be the same price.

Yes all you need to do is show the prescriptions that evidence you have had it for the gap in ordering. I say that but if oushk don’t want to prescribe someone else will

Thank you both. The problem is the ones I have during the apparent gap are the ones Oushk themselves prescribed! Do you think my pic from today showing that I still have that pen will be enough? I'm wary to move to another prescriber due to Oushk's maintenance plans as I hope to be at my goal weight before too much longer.

Hira from Oushk said if you have a stockpile take a photo of them and write today's date on a note and upload to your account. If the pens are all from them the they will have the history of this so don't need a photo. If you have pens elsewhere I'd take a photo. I don't think Oushk would leave you hanging, if they needed more info they would contact you.

I took a photo of the pen I last ordered (from them) with today's date on it. I've also sent them my oder history with medexpress so they can count them back. I do hope that's enough. Mounjaro has been nothing short of a miracle for me thus far.

@MJMaudeI've taken a photo of my current pen in it's storage box, with the label from that box, together with all of my spare pens, with a note of today's date.

They may want proof of every pen you've used since your last order. If you don't have the boxes for the previous pens, you should have email confirmation of dispatch for each pen. If needed they might accept those.
