Any idea if I'm going to have problems resolving an order issue? I am with Oushk now (moved to them for maintenance) but was with MedExpress initially. Started in late October. Ordered nine pens from Med Express, each one slightly early so I built up some surplus then moved to Oushk and ordered two more. Last one was in June. I'm currently on 15mg and have been taking weekly as standard. After my last order I messaged Oushk to let them know that I had build up a small surplus and was going away for a long summer break so would not need to reorder until August and to check this would not be a problem. Didn't get a reply so I phoned and spoke to someone who said it would be fine as long as I confirmed still taking at same dose.
Of course, the shit hit the fan the second I was ready to reorder.... I finally managed to get an order accepted last week but have now had a message saying that they need evidence of my dosing due to the delay since my last order! I've sent a photo of the last box they prescribed me on a piece of paper with today's date written on it. Any idea if they will accept this? I can also give them details of my previous med express orders which prove I have had 11 (total) pens since October last year (in line with my taking it consistently as I have).
I'm so so stressed about all of this. I started in Oct at 18st8 (BMI 43) and am now 11st3 (BMI 26). My life has been changed so much for the better but I'm terrified of not getting more prescribed now. Any insights/advice appreciated. Should I send them proof of the nine pens ordered from MedExpress so they can see the timeline works?
