Experience of coaching support with Voy/ Juniper or other

Hi

Been on MJ for about 16 weeks. Did really well for the first 12 weeks but following illness, steroids and generally being bored with being 'good', I've been struggling.

As I sit here with a fairy cake, I'm wondering about people's experiences with coaching offered by Voy, Juniper and any others that I don't know about.

Have you increased your dose? I’m with Voy but never bothered with the coaching. Sorry!

@HollyhockDays thanks for the reply. Sorry I didn't make it clear that I have had terrible side effects (vomiting and diarrhoea) when I increased dose so I had to drop back down.
