New pen looks like it will be late!

I paid for and ordered a new 5mg MJ pen but missed a couple of the necessary questions. God know how, I've been on it for nearly 6 months. MedExpress contacted me about the missed questions and I apologised and completed them. Now total radio silence. I keep checking my e-mails for one that says my prescription is approved but so far nothing.

I took the last dose from my existing pen yesterday and I'm panicking that I'm not going to get my new pen by next Monday. What happens? I know the food noise will start to kick in again but when I get my new pen should I drop the dose? I'm assuming the drug will start to leave my system so if I inject 5 again I'm likely to be very ill indeed.

Think you can have a 4 day delay and still be okay.

Can you afford to order from elsewhere for ASAP delivery?

You can miss a week without dropping a dose, not sure about longer gaps but it should be in the patient information leaflet

Try ordering from https://www.boltpharmacy.co.uk/ - been with them for months now and customer service has been wonderful. Maybe they can help sort you out with an express delivery.

You will be fine to take the 5mg a bit late. I’m guessing you have binned the pen so taking the so called ‘golden’ dose isn’t an option?
