I listen to a lot of podcasts and they can be hit and miss but this one hit home.
This recent episode of Mind Pump had 2 sections that seemed relevant to us.
The first was their recommendations for how to lose body fat, even with a lot to lose, and it goes against a lot of the commercial diets we have heard about for decades. It gives a suggestion for those of us who have cut and cut and cut our food intake (on GLP-1s and in other calorie controlled diets) and now need to eat such a low number of calories to maintain (or lose the rest of what we want to lose) we don't know if it is sustainable. That is the first 30 mins or so of the podcast.
The second bit was their last caller and discussion about using GLP-1 in lower doses to support maintenance. That is from about 1h25 in and goes through to the end.
The bits between are interesting but less directly related.

I have been trying and mostly following their advice and increasing my protein and adding weight training through my almost 12 months on MJ (and I have lost 35kg/79lbs/5st9lbs in that time) and either for that reason or just my biology/luck I have no needed to go above 5mg doses.
I am aiming to increase my protein further (I struggle to eat enough of it) and keep increasing my weight lifting volume as I drop down through clicks a teeny-tiny bit at a time and see what the lowest effective dose is for me - I so hope I am sustain on zero but if not it still has to be cheaper and easier.
Is anyone else going down a similar path and wants to support each other?
