I've missed the rush and can't get Mounjaro anywhere

I don't really know what to do. I have three doses left at 7.5. Should I taper/spread out the last doses or stop abruptly and go back to 2.5 when stocks recover?

Have you tried your local pharmacy where you can go in person?

Sept 1 is when the stocks should even out. Essentially the manufacturer is preventing pharmacies buying much at the old prices so they’ve all hit their quotas, which will change come Sept 1. I’d imagine stocks will bounce back quickly after that albeit at a higher price.

What has your prescriber suggested?

Have you asked your prescriber when they get stock back in? Either way, it should be fine early sept.

With 3 doses left you should be ok until stock levels even out a bit so I wouldn’t panic. It will be more expensive obviously but you should be able to get some.

I'm the same, OP. I'd actually only just received my pen days before the news broke about the price hikes. I have 3 doses left too. I decided I wouldn't worry about it. As a PP said, stock should start to become available again from the 1st September, and I figured that even if I have to have a break for a few days or weeks, it wouldn't be the end of the world.
