Had anyone used Feel Metabolic?

Hi, I’m looking at the Feel Metabolic GLP1 - it’s a daily sachet not a jab. I am just into the obese category after a long period of ill health and not much movement.

Things are better now but I was thinking I need some help as I’ve got into bad eating habits mostly through boredom while incapacitated, which I’m finding hard to break. Im mid 50’s and already use their Menopause supplement which I think has helped me.

Has anyone tried this and what were your results?

I’m guessing it will take quite a while longer to have an effect than the jabs but the monthly cost is much easier on the wallet.

Thanks

Hiya, can't offer any advice but I'm also interested in the answer to this question given the recent announcement on price increases.

For me it's a case of having something for maintenance rather than loss and it's the appetite suppressant part I'm keen to keep up.

Yes I tried it, doesn't work. Waste of money. I'm on mysimba now which does work.

I’ve seen MySimba suggested and wonder if it would work for me. I’ve tried Mounjaro and had very little food suppression (as in, I’ve been able to eat the same meals in the same proportions as I was before without any side effects) but I’m definitely not interested in boredom snacking or comfort eating as I was previously and I think that’s what MySimba works well with. Is that your experience?

DutchCamper · 15/08/2025 18:01

I use it and have noticed a real difference in appetite. I have never been a breakfast eater but now can have lunch and then not feel hungry at all until evening meal. I eat around 1,000 calories a day (more at the weekend!) at this point with no problems.

Can I ask how long you were on it?

never heard of Mysimba, off to google!

It’s the snacking that has done it for me, that 4-6pm stretch before dinner is my danger time!

Yes me too! It doesn’t bother me now and if travelling etc. I’m not hungry if we have to eat late. I’m steadily losing weight 1-2lb a week so I would recommend, though I can see it doesn’t work for everyone.

Zodiacrobat · 17/08/2025 12:17

Thanks @DutchCamperIm going to give it a go for a few months and hope it helps give me a good start

So I’ve been taking the Feel metabolic sachets for about 2 weeks now. I have noticed some small changes - I feel a bit fuller earlier, I have less mindless snacky moments and I’m finding it easier to say no to sweet treat stuff.

Ive lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks.

I will update again in about a month or so if anyone is interested.

Hello,

How is this still working for you Zodiacrobat? Update please 🙏

Zodiacrobat · 19/10/2025 00:30

Hi @uglyfeetyes it’s definitely working. Since starting roughly start of Sept I’ve lost 9 pounds. Approx 7 weeks I think? Which considering before that, my weight was just going up and up, I’m really chuffed.

I definitely feel fuller for longer. If I have a decent tea/dinner the night before, I’m often not hungry the next morning. I will often just have a later brunch/early lunch and feel fine until my evening meal so just naturally dropping a meal a day without any issues.

I don’t get those crazy cravings in the afternoon before dinner time much any more. And I don’t snack after dinner now either late at night.

I am thirstier and feel I need more water to drink. I used to drink 2 litres a day, that’s now more like 3 litres.

I think it’s worth the money for me at the moment if I keep steadily dropping like this.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond, greatly appreciated and love your experience. 🙂

I started today and after a meal have a strange taste in my mouth lingering so very hopeful it will be a good placebo tool from stopping the weight loss injections.

Thank you again.

Hello, is anyone able to give an update on how this is going for them? @Zodiacrobat @uglyfeet @DutchCamper

Thanks. ☺️

Zodiacrobat · 16/11/2025 22:21

Hi @HousePlansstill ticking away here! I’ve lost 12/13 pounds now. Slowly slowly, roughly just over a pound a week, I think I’ve been taking the sachets for around 10/11 weeks.
I am late 50’s post menopause, can’t exercise much due to a recent health problem, so I’m pretty happy with that
rate and level of loss, as prior my weight was going up as I was boredom/comfort snacking. That’s all stopped and I’m eating more healthily and very few snacks.

That’s brilliant. Thanks for sharing @Zodiacrobat I’ve lost weight on mounjaro and now looking for ways to ensure it doesn’t go back on again…

Can I ask you what time do you take it for it to work best? I tried it then left it, now on it again, but unsure what I should consider my first meal of the day. Breakfast is usually something super quick, while lunch is more a proper meal
