Nausea kicking in after moving to higher dose

Hello. I have just moved up to 5mg Mounjaro. I had my first dose of 5mg yesterday. I started getting nausea later on in the evening and unfortunately it seems to be gradually worsening. I haven't thrown up yet but I feel like I probably will if it doesn't ease off soon. I barely had any nausea on 2.5mg. Anyone else had nausea after increasing dose? Did it improve for you at all?

Very bad nausea & fatigue after 1st 7.5mg, lasted 3/4 days & felt terrible. i went back down to 5mg for a couple of weeks & ok again, just tried 6mg as my latest dose & nausea has increased slightly again, but manageable at the moment.

The jump to 5mg is notoriously the worst for many people in terms of side effects. It was for me. It's not pleasant but it will pass.

I went from 2.5mg to 3.75mg, purposely to avoid this. Nausea seems common on the full jump to 5mg. Fingers crossed it clears up soon 🙏

I also stepped to 3.75 to avoid the nausea. Had a bit but nothing that wasn’t manageable and it only lasted a couple of hours. Haven’t gone up to 5 yet but hoping it’s a similar story when I do
