Pharmacy 2U asking for photo from the past?

I've been on MJ since November. Just tried to reorder and I am being asked for a 'before' picture. They asked me for a 'before' picture when I first ordered, which I provided, so I assume they have this with my notes. However, I no longer have it - I deleted it because it wasn't something I wanted to keep in my phone pictures! Why would they ask for it again? Has anyone experienced this? I have sent a message to Pharmacy 2U explaining this, but no response yet. I'm worried I will be cut off!

You can always change pharmacies if you need to.

Surely they just mean a picture of now, before your next order. More pharmacies have started asking for photos every 3 months now

Yes I thought I had misread it but it clearly says a picture from before you started treatment.

No not a stupid question as I thought the same but yes definitely logged in and it had all my previous answers saved.

Yes I had this! I've been on it for almost a year. Luckily I still had the original photo that I sent but I thought it was a really weird ask (and expected them to come back and ask for something else but they prescribed as usual)

Agree, such a weird ask. It’s like they’ve lost the photo and want me to supply it again. I would if I could but I deleted it as it was horrible! Glad I’m not the only one that’s been asked though, thanks for letting me know.

0P, have you not got any photos of yourself from before the treatment? Surely any old photo would do, as long as it's full length? I have also deleted that photo!

Is it not in your email history or messages history - you can recover deleted images on iPhone too

I will have to see if I have anything suitable but I would never really take a full length picture of myself by myself if you see what I mean?!

Definitely a failing on their behalf. They've obviously not kept the photo you supplied!
