Blood tests booked for 2pm today. Should I avoid taking my dose beforehand?

Hi. I’m having blood tests done at the doctor’s this afternoon. I’m due my weekly Mounjaro dose (10mg) this morning. I assume I should wait until I get back? The bloods are for general fatigue.
Also - unrelated to Mounjaro - but can I eat and drink beforehand?
I’m not sure I’ve had blood tests before; if I did, it was YEARS ago!
Thank you.

I don’t have any evidence either way but I reckon best to delay it until after the blood test.
make sure you drink plenty of water though (something about being dehydrated makes it hard to get the blood, but I imagine we are all generally slightly more dehydrated whilst on WLI)

If you need to be fasted for your blood tests they should have told you, otherwise it's better to eat and drink as normal to make sure your veins are easy to find and you don't faint.

It wouldn’t be a big change to leave the injection till after the blood test, then you won’t need to worry about it and you’ll still do your injection today.

If you needed to fast beforehand you would have been told, so I would just eat and drink as normal.
