How long do Numan take to process a new customer?

I’m moving up to 7.5mg and am switching to Numan. I placed the order and uploaded photos on Monday. This morning they asked for pictures of my previous prescriptions and pictures of my last 5mg box.

I’m just trying to gauge how long it might take to confirm/dispatch? And stressing that I only have one dose left.

thanks.

I signed up Tuesday night and sent my photos the following morning. Approved later that day, dispatched Thursday and arrived Friday lunchtime.

They were very quick with me. Though I started at 2.5mg with them.

Applied Saturday morning and uploaded my photos. Prescription was approved at 2.30pm the same day. Despatched Monday night and arrived before 1pm on Tuesday.

Wonder if it’s because I’m starting at 7.5 with them so it’s the verification of my previous doses at a different supplier that is holding things up.

Just to flag that they offer a subscription service. So in a month they’ll be sending you your next pen and charging you for it. And I believe they decide what to send you rather than you placing the order for the dose you next want.

you might know this and be cool with it, but many people sign up because the discount on the first pen is attractive and they don’t realise it’s a subscription model.

No, I didn’t realise that, the information is cleverly hidden at this stage. Do you know if it is easy to cancel the subscription after the initial order? In any case they still haven’t been in touch to approve my order/photos so I’m not super impressed at this stage.

thanks for your reply.

Some say it’s easy to switch later and cancel any further pens coming, others say it’s more difficult. I’ve just avoided them.

I knew it was a subscription model. It was the huge paragraph of text although it was buried deep.

However if you download their app there is a button to manage subscription and you can cancel from there. You can also (within the app) click on the chat function to speak to customer services or a clinical team member. I had to use the customer one and got a response within 15 minutes.

I've stayed with them for my second pen as a friend used my code so I got money off.

They also sent me an email yesterday confirming when my next charge will be (23rd July) so they were quite upfront.

I avoided them due to subscription offer too. It’s sneaky.
