Saggy after weight loss

Hi all

Im 40 years old and i've lost about 2st with mounjaro pretty quickly, a couple of months but not sure exactly. I've gone from 13st to 10ish so not a huge amount to lose and I'm happy now with my weight. but my god, I'm like a saggy crepey disgusting mess. The tops of my arms and thighs are so loose and jiggly and my bum has lost any tone it ever had. I genuinely think I might have looked better naked beforehand!!
Is this normal? Any advice? Will it get better?
I'm no stranger to cosmetic surgery but I'd like to avoid if possible.

Have you done any exercise at all or just diet/MJ losses ?

I lost 2 stone in a month by accident. Subsequently put it on again and then lost it gradually and deliberately.

My arms were helped by Nivea Q10 cream - the type that is specifically advertised for dry, crepey skin. I've also been doing weight training and this has also helped my arms and my thighs.

I'm a lot older and heavier than you, OP.

Two/three stone in two months is fast even with mj. It'll take a while for your lose skin to catch up if it's going to.

Slightly different but I lost 2 stone quite quickly after the birth of my son and looked like I’d just shrivelled up, saggy everywhere. This was 4 months ago and I look much better, my skin has improved it’s elasticity and I look more like my old self so don’t lose hope, you might just need to let your body adjust. (I’m also in my 40s)
Congrats on the weight loss.

I've gone from 13st 1lbs to 10st in 9 months! So over 3 stones loss and I'm 43 and I have zero sagging and still have a decent bum etc and have only lost 5% muscle mass, i was originally at 50%, which is high for a woman. Losing that fast means you would have lost a lot of muscle too which is why you have sagging and no bum. You could see on smart scales what your muscle loss is like. Did you drink plenty of water for skin hydration? 13 st is not a high amount to start with so I am surprised you've lost so fast, that's normally in morbidly obese people. Did you really restrict your calories? Did you exercise? If not start exercising to tone up and over time hopefully things will improve esp as you are only 40 so you have age on your side. Take collagen powder too and eat plenty of protein, which is what you should have focused on to minimise muscle loss and avoid saggy skin.
